Aston Martin Residences Pre-Construction Has Begun:
The groundbreaking on the new Aston Martin residences in Miami has begun as of October 2017 and is currently on track to open for residents to move in starting in 2022. The project has the backing of the G&G Business Developments, who began the massive 66-tower project, which is the first condominium tower to break ground in Miami in 2017.
The building construction got made possible thanks to a 558 million dollar loan made by Bank OZK in October of 2017. The property records indicate that the property’s title will get held by Riverwalk East Developments LLC which is an affiliate of the Coto’s G&G Business Developments. Financing got secured from a Brazilian lender called Itau BBA International.
When completed, the Aston Martin Residences will contain 391 condo units throughout the building all located in the ideal location of Biscayne Bay right along the Atlantic Ocean.
The Aston Martin Residences will offer residents a variety of amenities such as a double-level fitness center (overlooking beautiful, breathtaking views of the ocean), a spinning studio, a specialized boxing gym, a virtual golf room, an art gallery, two cinemas, a full-service spa, a beauty salon, and a barber shop.
According to a spokesperson, the project was already over 40% pre-sold before construction even began. The rest of these units are expected to sell rapidly as the construction on the project continues.
All of these fantastic amenities and stunning condos will boarder Biscayne Bay and offer direct access to Miami’s best beaches via an exclusive yacht marina.
The Aston Marin condos will range in size from 700 to 19,000+ square feet. The prices will range from $600,000 to over $50+ million including several designer penthouses located in the tower. Once completed, the Aston Martin Residence will be a new, crowning jewel among the new buildings built along the Miami skyline.
