Auberge Residences & Spa in Miami’s Arts District:

Next Miami, says that the Auberge Residence & Spa Miami is the next huge project that they will get announced in conjunction with the Related Group Soon. The 3-tower luxury residential development will get located in Downtown Miami and will get the address of 1400 Biscayne Boulevard. 

Auberge Miami will become Tower 1 which will end up being a 59-story tower with 310 condos. Tower 2 will end up being a 59-story tower with 498 units. The project and development will get finished off by Tower 3 which will include a 49-story tower with 568 condos inside. Along with the condos, an 11-story podium offering luxury amenities including shops, restaurants, and over 1,600 parking spaces will get built next to the new condo development.

This new condo construction project gets brought to you by the same company that brought you to Icon Brickell. Now, they want to bookend Miami living with another 1,400 condo unit. 

Collaboration between the Related Group and the well-known architect Arquitectonia as well as the Auberge Resorts which is a boutique luxury hospitality company will make this condo development possible.

These condos will offer all range in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms. Each building will stand 55+ stories tall and will have angled facades that provide perfect views of the Biscayne Bay, no matter which unit you choose to live.

Amenities will include a variety of luxuries such as a heated pool, private cabanas, smartly appointed clubrooms, media rooms, children’s playrooms, business centers, professional staffed full-service spas, gulf simulation rooms, a cigar lounge, a wine room, luxury restaurants, and a zen pool with terraces. 

The ground floor will contain a Napa Valley organic restaurant and wine bar at street level. Automatic membership to the exclusive Key Biscayne Beach Club gets given to each resident that purchases a condo unit within our new neighborhood. 

The new community will also provide full-time maintenance staff that is on-site throughout the day to meet resident needs. Additional services available to residents will include newspaper deliveries, package delivery, nanny/babysitting services, transportation services, translation assistance, a complete housekeeping staff, IT support/assistance, and team to help assist with your pet care needs. Each condo unit carries a price tag of between $300K and $900K.
