The luxury pre-construction market in Miami Beach and South Miami is a secure investment that exemplifies the relative stability of the South Florida real estate market even during the economy dips and dives that occurred during 2015 and 2016. Consequently, people from places like Europe, Latin America, and Canada are investing in the city with exciting results.
