The most popular part of Miami Beach’s is South Beach which including the Art Deco District. In 1979, the Art Deco District was listed in the National Register of Historic Places. It’s one of the largest collections of Art Deco architecture in the world and comprises of hundreds of hotels, apartment buildings and other structures built between 1923 and 1943. All styles of Art Deco are represented in the district, including Mediterranean and modern styles.
To the north of South Beach is Mid and North beach, both of which attract fewer tourists and are predominantly residential. These parts of Miami Beach overlook the Atlantic Ocean and are still good areas to investment as there exists a high demand for long term rentals here.
